ARTICLE 24 – CANCELLATION OF CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Because all our products are custom-made to order, each design is uniquely developed based on the photos, preferences, and inputs you provide. This process involves substantial time, effort, and creative resources—even before the physical product is produced.

As such, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the total amount paid (typically between €15 and €25, depending on the product and progress) to cover design and operational costs if:

  • You cancel the order after design work has started.

  • You decline the order after preview(s) have been delivered.

  • You provide insufficient feedback after multiple design iterations.

This policy ensures fairness and sustainability for the time and energy invested in every personalized piece.

By placing an order, you agree to this cancellation policy. This clause does not affect your legal rights regarding faulty or damaged products.
