🐾 Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window for non-custom products. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

❗ Please note:

Customized products like our 3D-printed pet busts are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless the item arrives damaged or with a production error.


🚫 No Returns on Custom Pet Busts

Each bust is made just for you — using your pet’s photo and name. Because these items are fully personalized and made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

We appreciate your understanding — every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail.


✅ Return Conditions (Non-Custom Products Only)

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Approved returns must be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@furrryou.com with a clear photo, and we’ll make it right.


🚫 Exceptions

We do not accept returns on:

  • Personalized/custom products (like our pet busts)

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Beauty/personal care items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

🔁 Exchanges

Need something else?
The fastest way is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.


🇪🇺 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If your order ships within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — for any reason.
This does not apply to personalized/custom products.

Returned items must meet the same condition requirements as listed above.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
