🧠 How does it work?▾
Once you place your order, we create a stylized 3D bust of your pet based on your selected breed and the photos you upload (if provided). You can personalize the base with their name, and we’ll craft it with care. Your bust is printed and shipped within 5–7 business days.
📸 Do I need to upload a photo?▾
Yes, uploading photos is required. Please provide at least 2 clear images — one front view and one side view — so we can accurately capture your pet’s unique features like their eyes, markings, and expressions.
🧵 What materials do you use?▾
We use high-quality, plant-based PLA — a lightweight, biodegradable plastic derived from cornstarch. It's strong, clean, and perfect for detailed home décor.
🚚 What is Shipping Protection?▾
Absolutely! Before we start 3D printing your sculpture, we’ll send you a digital preview based on the photos you uploaded. You’ll have the chance to request small edits if needed — we won’t print anything until you’re 100% happy. It’s our way of making sure your bust truly captures your pet’s spirit — and that you feel confident every step of the way. 🐾

Absolutely. Whether it’s a birthday, memory, or “just because,” we’ve seen these busts bring real tears of joy. You can even ship it straight to someone else — just enter their name and address at checkout.
📦 Do you offer free shipping?▾
Yes! NL & EU: €4.95 (free over €75). UK: £8,50 (free over £60). US: $11.75 (free over $75). All orders include tracking and ship within 5–7 business days.
🌈 What if my pet has passed away?▾
Many of our customers order busts as a memorial. If you have a photo or name that means something to you, we’ll honor it in every detail.
